Lifestyle change isn’t easy. Life today is busy, and most of us are juggling multiple priorities. Your health is so important to feeling your best and living the life you want, but often we put ourselves last! Chances are you’ve tried to make changes before, but weren’t sure what was right for you or had trouble implementing or maintaining your new regime. That’s why the Transform Programme is different – the tailored approach and support over a three month period will empower you to make long term changes at the pace that feels right for you.
Working with me on a one to one basis is the most effective way to reach your health goals. I only work with a small number of one to one clients at a time, so I can focus on supporting you as you implement dietary and lifestyle changes.
Through an in-depth analysis of your current health, diet and lifestyle, we’ll work together to tailor a programme that fits with you. Ongoing support through weekly coaching sessions will help keep you on track and enable us to evolve your programme over time, setting you up for a lifetime of good health!
The transform package includes everything you need to make positive changes to your diet and lifestyle and consists of:
- An initial 90 minute appointment, (usually held face to face, although Skype calls are also available)
- Ten 30 minute follow up calls held weekly
- A personalised strategy to address any potential imbalances, focused on achievable dietary and lifestyle changes
- Supporting information and guidance on successfully implementing the changes
- Recipes and meal plans
A supplement plan (if appropriate)
- Your first appointment will be face to face, followed by weekly follow up calls to support you in implementing the changes.
Prior to your first consultation, you will be sent a questionnaire to complete, which will help me prepare for our first discussion and make the most of our time together.
At your first ninety minute appointment, we will discuss your health goals and what you are hoping to achieve from the programme. Following an in-depth review of your health history and current concerns, I’ll carry out a detailed analysis of your current nutritional intake and lifestyle. You’ll leave your appointment equipped to implement positive changes straight away.
During your 30 minute follow up sessions, we will discuss your progress, any additional support required and make adjustments to your programme if appropriate. Further follow on appointments can booked as necessary.
Additional testing to identify any underlying issues may also be recommended, the rationale and costs will be discussed with you as part of the initial consultation.
